Director of Nursing Finance and Management SystemsThe Hospitals of Northeast Health Systems are part of a well established healthcare organization that serves Northeastern Massachusetts and is founded on the principles of Quality, Caring and Community. The Director of Nursing Finance and Management Systems has primary responsibility for coordination and implementation of management systems and fiscal processes. This includes a variety of management and productivity reports utilizing Meditech, ANSOS, Excel, and Access software programs. Other responsiblities include staff support in the areas of contracted services, payroll and personnel policy and practice, revenue cycle improvement, and evaluation of management systems. The Director shall coordinate with nursing leadership to ensure effective and efficient use of human and material resources. The role requires expertise in management and finance systems, an understanding of the personnel, staffing, and system needs of varied clinical areas and factors influencing the revenue cycle.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in Nursing, Health Care, or Business administration. Five years experience in acute care hospital. Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent project development and management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently. Excellent critical thinking skills. Computer knowledge including Meditech, Word, Excel, Access, ANSOS, PowerPoint.
